It is not possible

I saw it in the corner of his eye. I was certain, right there and then, sitting in the edge of my living room, that this man was a natural traitor. A hustler of dreams, a maker of illusions.

I know now, that not everything is absolute in these matters. This guy is also a lifesaver, a hand in the savage river. If we believe what we know already about politics, if we admit what we inside us know, we have to accept, that sometimes even the enemy will take pity on you and lend a hand.

Because that is what it is: just a sensitive soul reaching out and saying: "I believe you guys should be able to say what you want, do what you want or just live your fucking lives with a carrot stuck up your ass."

A position such as that forces one to come out, to fight in the open land, to show some teeth. Even in the face of evidence that the scariest bunch is out to kill themselves some pussies, he wont budge. He claims he has done more. He claims little fights are not a real problem. Stop worrying man, you pose no threat to anyone dangerous.

I doubt it, seeing and knowing just how frail is people now-a-days. How paranoid and distrustful.

Im more distracted than most, by the way.

His perspective seems to be that of the historian. He claims no change in society is possible if it does not rest in an authentic tradition. I think I understand what he means though, which is not what he said: he means real change can be forced but that is always tragically violent. Slow change, on the other hand, has to rest in tradition so that the meme itself persists.

There is the small matter of congruency though: in other instances, he has advocated strongly to "any means necesary" to block a different political view than that of his own. So its not violence what he is against, its just violence in the instance of rights for minorities.

He hints to the idea that one could make a political platform out of good manners and occident, appealing to the woman that thrives and beleieves in good manners, and that would be a good choice for a basic idea to pitch the avg. mexican. Imagine placing the matter of discrimination in a house-hold setting, if we could show the pain it causes families that may or may not form part of the discriminated group, but are related by blood to them.

But then again, in itself, political action from a weekness position is the cause of death for most terminal freaks. But then again, its the most probable reality: that you will not see change in your life if you dont either meet or are the martyr. Again, most change comes from a terminal freak. But then again, i'm not terminal. Not at the fucking-all.

If you find yourself in México as a reporter, assume the worst so you can aspire, at least, to be close to the truth.

PS: This are frightful times to share with mean people.
